horse.com is the cheapest out there. and if you can find any cheaper, they will lower their prices!

I live in Mo. and I go to a sale barn, where they auction off horses, cattle and tack, check to see if your area has a sale barn.

Ebay. Just this year I have gotten a show western saddle for $400, 2 turnout rugs for $50/each and numerous non horse related items for really cheap. Be sure to look at the ratings buyers have left for the seller, if it’s low.. don’t buy! Tack sales are also a really good place. I found my colligete english saddle (valued at $600) for only $200. I also got a whole new show outfit for a total of $70. Not bad!! Good luck :)

and are great websites for used tack. is also awesome. I always buy my farrier supply stuff and dewormer from them and it saves me tons of cash even with shipping. I don’t really like ebay because you can’t haggle prices like you could if you were using a used tack store, so you end up paying more then you really have to.

I’m sure P.A. has lots of horse auctions and you can usually buy tack at those sales too.

Used tack sales are my best friends. Local barns sometimes have tack shops

I know it is a hike for you but a few times a year in various places Equine Affaires are held. These are amazing places to get great deals on tack and equipment.

doversaddlery.com is the best tack store out there with reasonable prices.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR WESTERN SUPPLIES GO TO IT IS PRETTY CHEAP (USED TO BE WAAAY MORE EXPENSIVE) BUT STILL GOOD QUALITY. ALSO, TRY GOING TO AN AUCTION BARN THAT SPECIALIZES IN TACK, ESPECIALLY IF THEY R HAVING A CHRISTMAS SALE. CHANCES R THERE IS SO MUCH TACK THAT IT WILL GO FOR REALLY CHEAP. I WENT TO ONE THIS WEEKEND AND THEY ENDED UP SELLING BRAND NEW SADDLE FOR $25 A PEICE BECAUSE THERE WERE SO MANY OTHER ITEM THERE!!!
